5th Grade Advancement Ceremony

RAIN or SHINE
Our 5th Gr. Advancement ceremony will be held on the blacktop under the solar array.  There will be a designated blanket and bring your own chair seating areas on the field.

• 8:45 a.m.  Gate 3 will open for families to enter.  The line will go down Carson towards Adventure Time.  Seating will be on the field.  No entrance through Gates 1 or 2.
• 9-10 a.m.  5th Gr. Advancement
  
• 10:10 a.m.  All guests will exit through Gate 3.  Families must clear from the field through the gate by 10:10 a.m. before the lower grade recess begins.
  

Students are to come to school dressed and ready and will not be changing clothes at school.
Do not distribute flowers/leis and other items to students on campus prior to or during the ceremony. Again, students should arrive at school dressed and ready for the ceremony.

We ask that you bring only your 5th grader's immediate family to the advancement to ensure families have plenty of personal space to sit for the ceremony.

No: balloons, noisemakers
Yes: clapping, cheering!

The playground and restrooms will remain off-limits to guests so please plan ahead.
